Bell reveals Ahlo, a new Canadian smartphone brand

Bell has launched a new smartphone brand called Ahlo.
The carrier says the phone has been designed in Canada with “value-conscious users” in mind. That said, it’s likely assembled in other parts of the world. So far, Bell hasn’t shared the phone’s manufacturer.

The phone is now available for $270 outright or $1 per month at Bell or Virgin Plus (for a limited time). You can also buy it through various Canadian retailers, but this deal price appears to be locked to Bell/Virgin’s network.
