Due to an outage, users of the popular graphic design platform Canva are having difficulty accessing the website and app, which is frustrating them. The problem was reported early on Tuesday, February 25, and the number of complaints quickly grew.

Users noticed they couldn’t edit or upload images on Canva on Tuesday morning, which sparked the disruption. According to Canva’s website, “We are aware of an issue where users are unable to upload images and are currently investigating.” Around 10:21 AM IST, the notice appeared, but customers had been having issues for almost an hour beforehand.

Over 50 complaints were filed in an hour, according to the outage-tracking website DownDetector, which saw a rise in reports beginning at 9:27 AM IST. Reports from big cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Kolkata, and Chennai suggest that the problem is widespread.

Naturally, many frustrated users turned to social media, flooding X (formerly Twitter) with complaints and memes. Some called for Canva to fix the issue quickly, while others scrambled to find alternative design tools to keep their work on track.
