Germinating between seven and 14 days after planting, a 1.4KG pack is capable of covering up to 84 square metres of grass. Give it some time to grow and you’ll start seeing fresh grass sprout up.
According to the product description, these seeds have been ‘specifically engineered for the UK climate’, which we can only assume means it’s designed to withstand the usual heavy wind and rain with occasional sunlight we normally get on this island. The seed pack has 4.3 stars from 21,369 reviews. One person said: “Having a dog comes with dead grass patches unfortunately. A quick rake, and a sprinkling of grass seed quickly fixes the issue. I cover the seed with compost, compress it down and water it.
